BYU Nursing Students Win Fun Run Challenge

On October 9th, the Wasatch Front chapter of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, an organization that focuses on giving support and resources to critical care nurses, hosted a superhero-themed fun run. The nursing students at the U of U challenged the nursing students from BYU as well as Weber State to have the most students there. The winning group of students would win a trophy that they would be able to bring back to their Dean. Even with the rain and drive to Farmington, our nursing students won the competition!

From left to right: Rebecca Gabbittas, Ann Peterson, Alyssa Oman, and Sarah Welty. All of them competed and/or helped organized the event!

We love seeing our students engage in a worthwhile cause while representing our school. Thank you and congrats to the students that participated!
