The College of Nursing earned a gold-level MARCOM Award for its 2014 calendar from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. There were over 6,500 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and 15 other countries in the 2014 competition.
Winners were chosen from 200 categories in seven different forms of media and communication efforts that included marketing, publications, marketing/promotion, public service/pro bono, creativity and electronic/interactive. The College of Nursing also received a Golden Spike Award of Merit for its alumni magazine from the Utah chapters of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). Our college and the university’s social media campaign were the only campus recipients this year.
